"Make Any Day Garbage Knight"

We have it on good authority that the hardest part of starting a business is not the logistics, planning, or hustle—it’s NAMING IT. When we started Garbage Knights, we thought the name would come to us naturally, but it turned into a quest of epic proportions. We didn’t want to settle for some plain, boring name that faded into the background. We wanted something bold, something memorable, something...not awful.​A few good ones were already taken, and, in a moment of desperation, “Trash Terminators” was almost a reality. Almost.

During one of our brainstorming sessions (and by brainstorming, we mean procrastinating), we stumbled upon "Rick's Business Naming Service", a video by Oh You Betcha on YouTube shorts. It was about ridiculous business names, and let’s just say we had a good laugh. For a moment, we thought about leaning into the absurdity and going with “T&R Removal”, but we wanted something with a little more substance.​One night over dinner, inspiration struck. We were talking about how we wanted to build a business based on certain qualities and noble came up.  "Noble service" or doing right by people. And then it clicked: Garbage Knights. Noble, strong, and reliable.

The name felt perfect, but what really sealed the deal was the slogan:  “Make any day Garbage Knight." A play on words so good (at least we thought so), we immediately knew it was ours. From that moment, Garbage Knights became more than a name; it became our banner, our mission, and our identity. And so, the kingdom of clutter was destined to meet its match.
